WHERE DO I START?
1. Make an appointment with Sofia Ianovskaia, a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner.
Since sessions can be done remotely, location isn’t an issue.

Contact Sofia directly if you are interested in the packages.
3. You will have a choice of either participating in the session via video (Zoom, Skype, Facetime, FB Messenger), or allowing me to give you a session by proxy and reporting the results either by email or by phone/video.
The following details are required:
- Name/Last name
- Issue
- The severity of the Issue on a scale of 1-10
- Permission
After a session, a detailed report with trapped emotions released in their priority will be sent to you by email.
